Does your cleaning person vacuum inside your closets?

I actually don’t like having a cleaning crew but a heavy work schedule, kids, pets- I’m grateful to be able to afford them.
I’ve told them not to do my closets but they still vaccuum them. Nothing has been taken to date.., I think they are just nosy. What rooms do you jot have cleaning people clean? Do they clean your closets? Do you hide anything? |

| Yes, they clean everything. The more, the better. If I gave specific instructions, like not cleaning the closet, they would follow them. We've had the same person for 9 years now. |

Those floors should be scrubbed with a boar bristle brush on hands and knees, like in the old country. Need to get into every crack! |

| Mine do all the walk in closets. When we went on vacation for a couple weeks and second cleaning of our vacation they organized the closets and cleaned the fridge since there was no new mess to clean just vacuum and dust. I don't hide anything as I don't have anything. |

You have different flooring in your closet than the rest of the bedroom? Or you aren’t aware that some homes have carpeting in bedrooms? What a bizarre comment. And yes my cleaners vacuum closets. I don’t think they use the edging tool though and I wish they did. But I’m overall happy with them and that’s a small nit. |

Where did op mention anything about carpeting?
In any event yes of course my cleaners do my closets every week. Only one of our closets has stuff cluttered on the floor - our main closet where we toss in shoes. They remove all the shoes, vacuum and put them back in a tidy way. The other closets don’t have any mess on the floors - just hanging things or shelving so they always vacuum the floor. What weird things do you guys keep in your closets that they’re not obviously available for vacuum? |

I would give the benefit of the doubt to the cleaners & assume they didn’t vacuum the closets just to see what had stored inside them.
I think they could care less…. ➕just wanted to keep your carpets/floors inside clean and titter |
