Anybody ever found a job at a job fair?

I just saw a LinkedIn post for a colleague of mine that has worked at the same large company as I have for 20 years.
They were reminiscing that they found their first job through the internship program at their college. So, it does happen. I would think it must still happen or else employers wouldn’t waste their time still doing it |
