| I interviewed for a c-suite position. Met with other c-suite individuals and board members. Signed an NDA. Also met with HR to provide salary requirements. Last meeting with someone from the company was almost a week ago. Is this ghosting at this point? If they really want me, they know where to find me, or do I follow up? |
| Similar situation, it took 9 business days for me to get the call that they were putting together an offer. Good luck! |

I would follow up after closer to 1.5 or two weeks.
At the C level, I’m sure it requires a little bit more due diligence or they may be interviewing other candidates. But don’t write it off just yet. |
| 9 days seems like a month to you and seems like 3 days to them. Sit tight until at least the two-week mark. Good luck! |
|
What was the context of the last contact you had?
Also, it's a c-suite position. This could take many months. 9 days is nothing. |
| It took my spouse almost a year to get an offer for a C suite position after starting to interview....there is a lot of checks and bureaucracy to get to the final line. Just when we thought there no more interviews, other interview requests would pop up. |
