In Home Daycare for One Yr Old near Georgia and Dennis Ave's

Our current in home daycare is closing her business. We are looking for a quality in home daycare near Georgia Ave and Dennis Ave for our one year old. My husband metros to downtown Silver Spring and I jump on the beltway to VA. If you are familiar with the area, we prefer something walkable from Dennis Ave and Medical Park Dr, since we are currently a one car family. Locations in the Forest Estates, Evans Parkway, Holy Cross/Forest Glen neighborhoods are preferred or close in downtown Silver Spring.

If you are able to hop off the beltway at Wisconsin (southbound), this is a wonderful in-home daycare:

You could then hop right back on again at Old Georgetown. Literally would be just a 5 minute detour off 495.

I originally found them from a rave review here on DCUM. I think they currently have one space. Call Mariana at 301-896-0657. My two year old is thriving there.
