Recommend a WPPSI-III testing site for "shy" child

Could anyone with a "shy" child (one who does not open up and speak until he/she really gets to know someone; one who sometimes hides behind my legs when introduced to someone new and refuses to say "hello") share how they approached the WPPSI-III test. What did you tell your child about the test and the person administering the test before you went to take the test? Did you bring your child to meet the test administrator on an earlier date? (If so, do they charge a fee for doing so?) If you thought your experience was a good one and that the test administrator would be great with a "shy" child, would you please share who it was? Thank you!

My daughter is 4 1/2 and will be entering kindergarten for the 2011-2012 school year.
