Public speaking for middle schooler

Looking for a Toastmaster-type program for middle schooler, who struggles with public speaking, especially speaking without "uhm" "like".

I thought the same thing--why doesn't middle school offer such a class as an elective? Thought of writing to FCPS but sure that's not going to land anywhere.

Don’t they get practice giving speeches and presentations in classes like Lamguage arts and history?
