Looking for Last minute anniversary outing

hello! Our anniversary is this Sunday and I am looking for a last minute outing. It could be a restaurant but doesn’t have to be, but something involving food would be great but again open to other ideas. Life has been busy and we have been feeling too busy to do something but I don’t want to set a precedent. We are in our late 40, celebrating 12 years of marriage . Can do Saturday or Sunday, late afternoon to the evening. Any recommendations welcome.
