Title IX threads

Why do you keep locking threads about title IX or title IX complaints within FCPS? Do you lock threads you don’t agree with? The most recent thread and other related threads were civilized and promoting dialogue about an important topic. They are not anti-trans or hateful threads. Please allow a forum for discussion for all viewpoints

Every one of those threads turns transphobic. I end up devoting a ton of time trying to clean them up. On top of that, they all repeat the exact same things. There is nothing new to say that is not already in the existing threads.

The bottom line is that current VA law requires NoVA school districts to follow their current policies. The Trump administration is conditioning money on those districts breaking the law. The courts will presumably settle this in favor of one party or another. Until that time, no amount of bitching on DCUM will change anything.
