Any middle or high school with a language lab?

Decades ago at least one high school had a state of the art language lab. Do more schools have language lab now? Where do students practice listening and speaking at school?

B-CC had a lab in the mid 2000s.

On their Chromebooks?

Are you looking for cassette tapes?

It's 2025, not 2000.

Oh gosh, I just had a flashback to leaving Spanish class in high school to go watch Destinos, a soap opera, and answer questions in the language lab. Now you can do it all on your Chromebook, OP, so no, these don't exist anymore.

Are students using headphones on chromebook to practice speaking and listening in a class of 30+ students? Do schools provide headphones? Trying to understand how the language learning experience at school.

Yes at our school. But we are a middle school so don’t have 30+ students — it’s maybe 28. Stidents bring their own headphones (it is on the school supply list). I’m sure that students who can’t afford them are provided with a pair.
