Best elementary school for sporty kid

My DS loves to wear Under Armor, ice cream shorts, flat brim hats, Nike socks with crocs, and oversized baseball sunglasses. Is there a school where he’d fit in?

What age? Also, if he wants to dress like that, most private schools are out bc he must wear a uniform at most.

wtf are ice cream shorts?

And why would you chose a school solely based on what your kid likes to wear?

I think she’s talking about those goofy looking “baseball life” shorts that keep coming up on my FB feed. Any kid that wears those needs a specific type of school.

Any public school. I assume he also loves to wear sleeveless UA camo print tanks! DS7 started going down that route and I put him in a private school.

I don’t get it. What does ice cream have to do with baseball?

Would never let my kids wear that sort of trendy stupid crap. Teach class and individuality early.

GDS or Sidwell. Future frat bro central. Maybe Field or Burke if he can’t get into those.

Of all the complaints I've read here about GDS, "future frat bro central" is a new one. I thought GDS's problem is that it focused too much on DEI.

A 10 year old is going to have a hard time getting into field or burke.
