GU14 Soccer Winter Indoor Training Options: speed, agility, futsal etc.

Looking for advice/experience for GU14 for winter training. Currently competing MSI Classic League and have done the MSI winter league outdoor. Looking for some possible indoor winter training with specific focus to bridge Nov-March. Girl is primarily defender but looking to develop further in all skills.
Ideally, in DC, Nova, Bethesda/Rockville -- would like to drive 45 min or less from DC. We know about NextStar, Sofive, and The St. James... Have you done some winter training you loved or did not like? Name names  I think the coaches and program can make a huge difference. Anything with local collages? Girl is self driven to do indoor drills at home, so ideally, I think she would be drawn to games, scrimmages, and coaching/observations and feedback that is more serious than what she got with MSI winter which was really about "just get touches on the ball" mindset.

We did some trainings with Next Star when DD was 9 and they left an impression as quality program. |
