I made broiled shrimp last night and they were soooo good! I usually sautee them like scampi but this way was so much tastier and perfectly juicy.
Here is what I did: - preheated baking sheet with some sliced red onion and olive oil and salt at 450 - toss shrimp (jumbo tail on) with salt, pepper and spices (ground cumin, a bit of whole cumin seed, Aleppo pepper, salt); add sliced garlic and a bit of olive oil - spread shrimp on top of onion mixture - broil 3 mins on low, flip, broil 2 mins on high Sooo good. The whole cumin was a mistake (grabbed the wrong bottle) but I think it ended up making it really delicious. |
