Recommendations for a good non padded bra that provides a good lift

Anonymous
My breasts have drooped after breast feeding 3 kids but I’m not ready for a surgical breast lift right now. I’m fine with their size so I don’t need anything with lots of padding but do need a good bra that can lift them up a bit.
Any recommendations?

Go to Trousseau and have them fit you for proper bras. I live in upper Montgomery County, it's a PITA to get to, and still I make the time, because there is nowhere with as much selection, styles, and employee's who know what they are doing than them.

Sorry to those who prefer Nordstrom's, but they don't come anywhere close

OP, what size do you wear? The best lifting bra for a 32C will be different than the best lifting bra for a 36G.

Use the A Bra That Fits calculator.

OP, you’re very likely wearing a band that’s too large with the cups too small. Use the calculator and also visit a bra store in person. You may not need any surgery with the correct size.

Agree with this.

Also Skims has very flattering bras with a lot of shape and lift. And lots of sizes (I'm a 30 band size, which is hard to find).

When my kids were babies, I used a wire free no brand cotton maternity nursing bra from Motherhood maternity. The model eventually went out of production.

After that era, I did a lot of searching and ended up with Bali underwire bras from the One Smooth U product line. My particular model has been discontinued but it's a large product line. Below is a representative model but there are other looks if you want something different. I prefer a very plain style with little trim.

Try on “size reduction” bras - they don’t reduce as much as lift and support without extra material.

OP here. Thank you all so much! I am a 36C, but now I am wondering if I am wearing the correct size bra. It looks like a visit to Trousseau is in my near future.

+1 for Trousseau and probably a smaller band size. Also, don't be afraid of foam cups (t shirt bra) - I don't need any extra padding but I find the foam more supportive.
