Creekstone Farms meat what do you think?

We got some steaks...a t bone and 2 porterhouse. American Wagyu. It was not trimmed at all, thick fat on sides. Well marbled. Porterhouse was $50 each in 2 pack, t bone $80.

Had t bone last week. Ok but not great flavor. Better than Whole Foods but crazy expensive. Not really steakhouse quality due to poor trimming. About half the weight was edible.

Had one porterhouse today. I thought it was nasty, but I cooked it so smelled the fat dripping out of it. Not that great a flavor.

Won't get again.

Anybody really like any of their meats? Cooked inside top of stove, not grilled.
