Has anyone had success making a claim under VA Lemon Law?

I'm in the process of trying to get the manufacturer to buy back a lemon and am wondering how others have fared with this process.
Did you go directly through the manufacturer, BBB Autoline arbitration, or use a lemon law firm? Were you able to get a full buyback or was there a mileage deduction? Were you able to negotiate better terms if the manufacturer made you an initial offer? Any other info or tips to share? |
