Unbalanced workload

Anonymous
Managers, would you appreciate it if we let you know that assignments are unbalanced? In my team, there are the easy-going ones who are overworked (east Asians). There are ones, white female, who don't get assigned, by white female, as many tasks, don't show up to work and miss deadlines. What are good, acceptable ways for us to speak up for the burned out coworkers?

Is this private company or government?

Was the unbalanced workload assigned by the same manager you want to talk to?

Government.

It would be difficult if it is federal government.

That’s funny because the one East Asian on my team is the one who does the least work. But I think she’s probably the smart one. The ones who do the most work make the assignments too complex and involved and make additional work for themselves/create bottlenecks for others.

The manager who assigns tasks is the one I want to talk to. I'm 5 months new on the team.

Are you one of the ones overworked or are you just trying to stand up for them?
