Ya, not responsive to your post, but I'm moving some to US REITs which I expect will do well when rates go down and they are relatively low risk. |
I’ve owned REITs for years, they are definitely not low risk. Those dividends are not guaranteed. |
Yeah pretty wild to compare an FDIC-insured, fixed rate investment to an equity investment in broad-based real estate. |
