What have you found recently? T-bill rates are dropping so I am looking at alternatives. I see Marcus has a 12 month CD at 4.1%. Anyone see something better?

Ya, not responsive to your post, but I'm moving some to US REITs which I expect will do well when rates go down and they are relatively low risk.
