Looks like certain models (RT/SRT) won't be sold in Virginia due to CARB compliance. Is it possible to buy the Durango from out of state and then register it in VA?

| No, you're not going to be able to register it as a new car in VA if it doesn't meet VA's new car emissions requirements (i.e. CARB standards), regardless of where it was purchased. |
