VA House of Speed track and field team tryouts this Sunday, September 21 at 1:00 pm at West Springfield High School.
VA House of Speed program was designed to offer exceptionally talented and committed athletes in our track & field program the ability to compete on a wider, national scale, particularly through the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) Junior Olympics in ages 7 to 18 years old. The program caters towards all available track distances and field events (including throwing events). The VA House of Speed goal is to give individualized instruction, maximize their student-athletes’ development, and provide opportunities for personal growth both on and off the track.
