no, it reads as its partnership with Capital. I wouldnt assume the operating structure of BLC changes |

| This is something that they have tried doing since the 2026 team… This of course seems a lot more impressive but they have had a connection with BLC for quite some time. Bill Lewis has been at many BLC practices since for years. Good news for both programs. |
