My boss loves public speaking and I am terrible at it

I’ve tried over and over for years to improve- everything you can think of from meds, classes, Tm and beyond- and it is still not something I can do well. Fine. It has stifled my career somewhat and that stinks, but I also know I do strong substantive and written work. But my boss is obsessed with PS, and is always always mentioning other people’s PS skills - usually as an insult, including his own bosses. He’s of course very good at it- or at least confident in it, I personally think he talks too fast and people lose interest- and he relishes every opportunity to do it.

Maybe I’m sensitive but I find it a bit rude.
