How do people shrink these down to 150 characters, including spaces? Asking for a 17 yo “friend.” 
Seriously, are there any website links with actual examples? It seems impossible to describe anything in that small space! |

| Google for consultant advice. Phrase like a resume with action verbs and appropriate abbreviations. Carefully use all 3 data fields, not just description. |

The problem is it will use words like “foster” or something that won’t really be helpful in describing the activity with a focus on leadership and impact. There are some tools that are good, but it takes hours and hours of finessing. I’d suggest you just sit and do it yourself. |
