I have a tween daughter with low confidence and low self esteem. Any book recommendations for helping her / us? Yes she has therapist

Can you try biographies of women that underwent personal growth?

My mom gave me an advice book for teens and it made me really mad. She also earlier gave me a book about how to talk to people/be confident. These didn't feel like nice gifts.

Maybe get them as a library book instead of to own.

Maybe ask the school counselor or librarian at local libraries? Both could potentially point you in the right direction.
