Tons of grapes

Our grapevones have exploded this year. What do i do with all those grapes? I don't think i can handle making wine. Maybe next year. Just freeze them to snack on? Gtape tart? Jelly?

I love grape jelly. You can make it tart and really flavorful - it’s much better than store bought. And there is plenty of pectin in grape skins so you don’t have to fuss with added pectin.

What kind of grapes?
Back before I have up meat I thought roasted grapes with pork was so good. With roasted chicken, too. I wish I could think of a vegetarian substitute because I'm not sure tofu would be as good a match.

I don't know that it will put a significant dent in them, but this salad is one of our favourites and one of the few I've ever seen that uses Concord grapes

I made a recipe with roasted sausages and grapes and polenta a few years ago and it was really good (for vegetarians, the field roast sausages are quite tasty). There are a lot of similar recipes online. Not sure if the seeds in the grapes would bother you.

Bring them to the office.

Give out to neighbors or to a homeless shelter if they accept.
