| We are hybrid, supposed to be in the office 50% of time. Judging from how many people are in the office these days I would say that some teams stick to the 50% requirement more than others. In my experience it has generally been a pretty flexible place to work in terms of in office requirements. As long as you are available and getting all of your work done there seems to be a lot of flexibility but I can only speak for my team. |
