Pulte and the truth doesn’t matter

Pulte (the execrable personalitied director of the federal housing finance agency) has spent the last month or so screaming at journalists about his job and his power and the fact that federal reserve governor Lisa cook committed mortgage fraud. Turns out:

- she didn’t
- his own parents actually did do what he accused her of.

But it doesn’t matter. We literally live in an age where a MAGA person just has to level an accusation and it becomes true despite overwhelming proof that it’s not. Why does anyone want to live in a world like this? I don’t get it.
