| Anyone have a recipe for ground turkey that is legitimately good? Like where you don't just wish it was ground beef? |

There was an earlier thread on this over the summer. This no bean chili with sweet potatoes is excellent.

| We use it as a direct replacement for ground beef both in pasta sauce and in chili. No special recipe. Our tomato-based pasta sauce happens to be savory rather than sweet. |

I use it 100% of the time instead of ground beef, for everything except hamburgers. Some examples:
