ground turkey

Anyone have a recipe for ground turkey that is legitimately good? Like where you don't just wish it was ground beef?

There was an earlier thread on this over the summer. This no bean chili with sweet potatoes is excellent.

Add some ground pork to give it more flavor.

We use it as a direct replacement for ground beef both in pasta sauce and in chili. No special recipe. Our tomato-based pasta sauce happens to be savory rather than sweet.

I use it 100% of the time instead of ground beef, for everything except hamburgers. Some examples:
Sloppy Joe's
Meat sauce for pasta
Lasagna
Baked Ziti

Zucchini meatballs with yogurt sauce. There is a good recipe in Ottolenghi's Jerusalem, and a slightly less good but quicker NYTimes one.
