Looking for a trustworthy Honda dealership in the DMV area.( MD preferably) Prefer honest service over pushy sales tactics. If you’ve had a good (or bad) experience, please share.

Come on OP. No such things. If you believe one, that just means the salesman fooled you really well.

Avoid Herson’s. Long, convoluted problems there with warranty repairs. I will never buy another Honda.

Bill Page does good service. Been using them 12 years. Not cheap but they don't make up stuff.

Fitz quoted me 2100 worth repair. I was lucky to find honest independent shop costing only 200.

I also noticed that they are less aggressive than other Honda dealerships in trying to upsell optional services

Oursman in Bethesda is ok. We have got some decent deals there. Service is decent too.

I’d buy another Honda, but never from Hersons. Super high pressure and very shady sales people.

Always had a good experience, especially on the service side of things, from Jim Coleman Honda in Clarksville.
