High school teachers office hours APS

We have an 8th grader going to WL next year, and considering private as they respond best having a teacher kind of taking a vested interest in them.

But we have heard good things about WL, and just wondered who the logistics work for students to meet with teachers if they have questions about material or want to go over a test for example? Do teachers hold office hours during lunch or after school? Is it all done virtually? I know public schools teachers can be responsible for 150 kids in a subject, so I’m not quite sure how it works out if a large percentage want to have teacher interactions outside of class time? If

Not virtually but in person. My DD sees teachers for questions or extra help during lunch or homeroom (called general's period). Some teachers like kids to come after school too.p, but mostly during lunch or GP.

Great thanks glad to hear they are able to manage and track that many kids and be available

I've had 2 kids there over the last 7 years, and it has never been an issue.
