Restaurants for big group (15-20) group lunch?

We're all downsizing - some have small kids, others have kids in the workforce. Couple of grandparents still around. No one can do it at their homes, but is there anywhere in NoVA where we can have a big group lunch for 15-20 people? Any restaurants that will accommodate us, with a reservation made in advance?
