I don't know Rockville that well. What's near Rockville Regal Theaters to take a few kids for a birthday dinner? Maybe Italian, hibachi, or pizza.

No do not do this. There are plenty of places to eat in Rockville Town Center. Pizza Giseppi is right next to the theater. Dump kids like it. Buffalo Wild Wings There are also Asian restaurants, Peruvian, Thai, World of Beer LOL |
