Low sperm count and zero motility anyone have success?

My DH and I just completed our 2nd IVF cycle. Both times we didn't get embryos. We had lots of eggs but none of them fertilized. We did do ICSI both times.
We have not made a follow up yet for review of our 2nd IVF. Just found out today about no embies.
I'm just looking for some hope out there. Has anyone had success with rapidly decreasing sperm and zero motility and poor morphology through IVF?
