Truist Bank—business and personal accounts fraud charges

This has happened twice now to our family. Filing police report and calling fraud line to dispute. Just fyi this is happening quite often lately. Have hard of others.
We do not bank online but will now to be current and will seek credit union—please advise best/safest credit union in area. Somehow got hold of account ##s and took $$ via Internet payments |
