New IPhone not arriving on promised date

| Has anyone had this issue with Apple recently? DH ordered a new iPhone to ship to our house. Apple still shows it being delivered today, FedEx only says it’s on its way, not that it’s out for delivery. We’re leaving on a trip soon…and I don’t want a new phone delivered when we aren’t here. |

| I have had trouble with their courier same day service. |

| Any delivery service will have glitches. Any. We do not order anything for delivery shortly before we go on a trip. Good luck. |
