Worth a lateral move?

I’m new to consulting and not loving my boutique firm (young/immature leadership, bro culture). It has a specialized industry focus which I used to be employed in directly. I have some connections at larger/ name brand firms but not sure if I should pivot. Currently I get paid low six figures, almost 100% remote, and work no more than 45 hours a week. I’m 40. What’s the best path to take? (Note: I am a senior IC with management experience pre-consulting.)
