What? If you don’t like it, no one forced you to use it. The charities pay to run the CFC through participation fees on their end. They find it productive enough to pay for.

Surely you don’t care that a program was available to help people donate if they wanted. It cost the taxpayer nothing.

Celebrating this means celebrating charities getting fewer donations. If the CFC didn’t help them earn money, they wouldn’t have participated.

What this will mean is more junkmail, more wasted paper, more email solicitations, and less information about how your funds are used and how effective they are (data the CFC provided)
