Some kind of ad banner going across the bottom of screen

I'm on a laptop and there is a popup ad banner that goes across the entire bottom of the screen on every page of this site. Has anyone else been experiencing this?

This is authorized. We are doing a two-week A/B test. Half of the pages should have it and half not. We are testing for revenue impact and user experience impact. If you hate it, say so loudly and clearly. That is one of our test measurements.

I mostly ignore those banners but they are a little in the way.
