I have written posts here about before venting about a coworker
This time what he did is that he saw me go down to the office/changing area. (It’s an office and storage room and behind one sliding door is the changing area.) He saw me go down, came down since he had actual business in the storage area. (I had turned all the lights on and shut the sliding door completely). As he’s behind there he slides the door open super fast. Lets out a ”sorry”, then shuts it. Then I walk out go in to the bathroom as he’s watching me do so. And he then yanks the door handle. Im so sick of this and my bosses say that he’s just joking or thats who he is. |
| Never happened |
Thanks |
| Do it again. Record it. Take it to HR. Report back. |
How can I know when it will happen again? He is also ”sneaky” Also, I don’t want to say anything because I don’t want them thinking I think I am ”something” |
| Call him out "Bob, why did you do that? Why are you yanking on the handle?" |
You ARE something. SMH You set him up. Tomorrow, turn on your phone to video record and put it in your pocket. Make all kinds of noises about going down the hall. Say it out loud. Mention you need to change. Go down the hall while taking your phone out. Close the door and secure it as best you can. Record all of this. Then wait and record what he does and says. Don’t let him know if you can. If it doesn’t work, try again the next day. Keep trying till it does. If he realizes what you are doing, he may just stop. Personally, I’d have a dash cam set up at my desk if I were you. |

What office job has a sliding door to a "changing area?"
By the way, there are these things called restrooms where you can change if you don't have a locker room. |
| Do you work in retail or a hotel? |
| Didn't you post about this before? What is your infatuation with either being a peeping tom or having someone peep you? |
| Ask you boss to add locks to the office changing room and bathroom. |
| Are there other employees nearby? Get in his face and LOUDLY yell, “Who the hell do you think you are BOB, following me to the X room?” |
Some people like the attention of being a "victim". |

First and easiest solution is self-help. Change in a locked bathroom, hang a sign on the sliding door to the changing room (occupied / open), rig a lock or block for the sliding doors.
There's nothing wrong with reporting to HR, although you seem reluctant to do it. Your boss is saying the behavior is a "joke" that concedes it's intentional. Even if it wasn't intentional, HR would probably prefer to head this off by providing a locking changing area. |
| You have posted about this repeatedly, freak. |
