How are Rosa Lee Carter ES/Stone Hill MS in Ashburn?

Interested in a home in the LV3 neighborhood off of 606. While I've heard good things about the corresponding high school (Rock Ridge) I'm curious to know if anyone has any experience/insight/comments regarding the corresponding elementary (Rosa Lee Carter) and middle (Stone Hill). In particular, any red flags such as high teacher turnover, poor test scores, etc.

And yes, I'm aware that the neighborhood is majority South Asian (and that's ok).
