Online scheduler for estimates

Do you all know how to find this kind of service? It’s an online scheduler for contractors to arrive at your house by appointment, and it manages the appointments for you.

I desperately need this today.

I saw this in action 4 years ago. We sold our house, and we continued to live in it… We had a rent back agreement with the buyer. They were our landlord for 4 weeks.

So we were kind of privy to some of his information because he and I were both sharing the property and sharing concerns about the property for this time. He had some estimates done while we were still living in the house and he shared his little online scheduler with me so that we would be aware of people coming to the house.

I love that he just gave the contractor his link, and they could sign up for a time. He also set his specific availability windows.

I really really really need this today because DH and I have a complicated work schedule today and we really need to get someone in. Tomorrow DH has a day off and it’s a perfect day for us to have estimates lined up. It’s an urgent need.

Anyone seen this kind of scheduler?

Tomorrow is wide open, but I don’t have time *today* to coordinate who is arriving when. I just want them to choose a 30-60m window that works for them. Talk to a few people and tell them that I’ll text the link for our open times.

Anything like this? I guess I could do a calendly for this, but is there anything for contractors?

I’m confused. You have one day where you have contractors coming in for estimates and you want to have them scheduled for specific times on the one day?

Can this not be done without a scheduler? Can you call each contractor and arrange a time?
