| I am a frequent pee'r anyway but when traveling, it's 100 times worse. I'll run to the bathroom constantly and many times at night going in tiny amounts with a feeling of incompletion. Is this nerves? Is it psychological? This has been going on for years. I hate it. HATE. IT. |

Psychological. Maybe try wearing a Depends when you’re out and about, and start telling your body you CAN’T GO NOW. See if you can build up stamina, but having the Depends will give you some peace of mind that if you have an accident you won’t make a mess.
Also start doing tons of Kegels. |
| Probably nerves. You fear having to go and not being able to find a bathroom. |
| Same! At night I think it’s because I just don’t sleep well when I’m not in my own bed so when I stir in the middle of the night I notice I have to go instead of sleeping through it. During the day - idk, maybe I’m drinking more to stay hydrated or I’m eating more salt. But I definitely notice it and it’s not from being anxious. |
