What can I add to these leftovers for a full lunch?

We have stir fried Chinese broccoli with garlic and a tube of polenta that we should eat today. Any ideas for making lunch out of these?

Unless the quantities are small, sounds like lunch to me! Serve the broccoli over the polenta. If you need more, add nuts and fruit.

I’d make roasted garlic polenta and top with the broccoli.

Typically I make cheesy polenta which would be great topped with broccoli, but I assume your broccoli has chinese seasonings on it and I don’t think that would go well with cheese.

+1
add some sweet chilli sauce for more flavor to the polenta. You can add baked tofu if you have it.

Add a fried egg. Serve over polenta surrounded by broccoli.

You could have tortellini soup. Which is pretty much the same thing as won ton soup. That would tie the Italian and Chinese foods together.

How the hell can you eat the entire tube of polenta? That's like 20 servings!

Add an egg on top
