Where can I buy a decent bathroom vanity?

Anonymous
I just left Lowe’s and the bathroom vanities are meh. I need it for a powder room off the foyer (the bathroom is probably used a half dozen times a day).

Anyone have a vanity from Lowe’s that has lasted 10 years?

Should I look elsewhere? Where, exactly?

Following. I’ve been very happy with my tiny ikea vanity but they discontinued the style.

We got ours from RH. They’ve held 15 years. IDK if quality is same but real wood and have vanity sizes—our house is small.

Soory, meant powder room sizes.

Tour the other big box stores if you have them. Home Depot, Menards. Read reviews on Wayfair.

Ours is from pottery barn, which I would have never thought of but a friend does interior design and did the room for us. It’s great quality. I think we bought the hardware from PB as well

We’ve used HD and Wayfair. The HD one was not in-store. You need to read the fine print and make sure it’s made of the material you want.

Also check Costco, sometimes they have smaller vanities.

Look online from big box stores and order solid wood.
Also kitchen cabinet makers.

Rockville Pike HD kitchen and bathroom center.

Costco.
IKEA.

Go to a cabinet place and custom order what you want. It's really not more expensive than HD.

We got an Ariel for a guest bath. It is nice- solid wood and the marble top looks good. Bought it direct from manufacturer because they had a deal, but also available at Lowes. It looks like Pottery Barn carries some of their models with a big markup.

How small?
you can get 20" solid wood on Wayfair for under $400 and they come with sink and soft close. pick your own fancy faucet to make it look more expensive.
i got one and had my contractor paint it to match wallpaper it looks great.
