Lemon Law Buyback Question

I “won” my case and Honda will be involuntarily buying back my car. Honda has added the condition of “no physical damage”. Feels like a ridiculously high bar given it is a five year old car that won’t get out of first gear. Has anyone else had this experience? Sedgwick is handling the buyback. State arbitration board has been no help and their order makes no mention of such a condition.
