Where on earth do you upload universal health and oral health forms? I have been digging through Aspen and cannot figure anything out...

Call your school as ask where to send them. At our ES, we email them to the nurse.

Yeah, we've never been asked to upload them in Aspen. Always sent to an enrollment email at the school...
