Capelli

We joined a Capelli wearing club. We ordered our kit over a month ago and haven't heard or received anything.

Has anyone received orders this year? How long is it taking? We heard it could be 8 weeks but this is insane to have nothing (not even socks).

It's really useless to post here when you should be reaching out to your club.

Capelli will not ship till all items have been fulfilled. Why? Cause it would cost them more to do so.

Not true, last year we received our uniform in three orders. All very late. Capelli sucks .Clubs use them for the cash back which is absurd. The point of a uniform supplier is to supply uniforms, not give directors kick backs.

We got our kits in various packages. The 'excuse' last year was strikes overseas. No clue why such a delay this year.

It was the first time ordering from Capelli as well and it took about 6-7 weeks to receive our order. We placed our order in mid-June and received our kit the last week of July.

Kick backs are in the form of coaching gear and equipment so it's not like the directors are making more money from capelli directly.

It took about 7.5 weeks from the date of ordering for us to receive two full sets of uniforms for our kids.

What club sent out the link in July? Thats nuts .

Our club did not get full kits from Capelli until late December last year. As a poster above noted, they blamed it on civil unrest abroad. Kids were wearing previous years uniforms that they had outgrown and some borrowed from older kids, etc. for the entire fall season. Club director told us we might get some kind of refund but never did. Sorry to hear if it is happening again this year.

This isn't a 1 or 2 year problem. At this point anyone using them is doing their entire club a disservice despite whatever kickbacks they're getting.
