Vegan brunch potluck?

What should I bring to a brunch potluck hosted by a vegan? Host is making chickpea salad for sandwiches. Looking for ideas more interesting than fruit salad.

Individual cups of chia pudding made with a non dairy milk

Parfait cups with fruit, granola and coconut yogurt

Banana or zucchini bread

Potato hash with onions and peppers and possibly vegan sausage if you want

Tofu scramble, veggie sausage, home fries, vegan muffins (bake this https://orangette.net/2007/02/i-really-really-shouldnt/ in muffin tins, vegan if you sub earth balance for butter)
