| Not all SK-16s are in the BU. The position you’re referring to might be excluded because it supports management of the division and could involve personnel issues etc. |

| Why do you want to be BUE? When we had a CBA I was forced to wear a suit and tie to work. My agency abolished the CBA which had the only dress code policy so now I'm dressing like corporate Gen Z and no one can say anything. Supervisors are too scared to create written down policy. |
