Any other Woodley Park denizens seen/heard him? Middle aged white man standing on street corners banging a pot and pan together over and over again. He's been in the neighborhood a few times this week

DP I think so. He was on my block earlier this week yelling about "Free DC" but it's weird bc there has been literally no increased police presence in Woodley Park so I'm not sure what he thinks banging a wooden spoon against a pot alone is going to accomplish.
