Kids doing "a breath of fresh air" type ECs
Kids are on their own, doing all by themselves. AOs can sense it.

It really doesn’t matter where you are located OP. So many good ones are remote. We’ve worked with a couple of companies who have former ivy admissions officers on their staff, and everything was done over Zoom. I don’t see much advantage to going with someone local in this case.
